The Tour De Tokyo is massive 6+ hour Guided Bike Tour that goes all the way across Tokyo and back. The route includes all the sites from the Central 4 hour rides, then continues to the Parliament building (the Diet), the Imperial Palace, takes a quick trip through the luxurious Ginza shopping area and then has stops at Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Hills on the return trip. You see a lot, but it's quite a distance, so riders should be regular bikers or in good shape. Families with children 10 years and older are okay for this ride - but everyone should be in good shape and good on bikes. English Speaking Guide.
